A dry, refreshing and effervescent bubbly, Avaline Sparkling is a blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada from Penedès, Spain. In the hands of the famed producer Raventos i Blanc, it is made in the traditional method and aged 18 months on the lees, doubling the minimum aging time required for other sparkling wines from this region.
