Its color is a warm garnet red with ruby glints when it is young, which verge on orange with age. It has a very complex bouquet, with scents of flowers and ripe fruits, and pleasantly spicy hints. It marries with braised or roast meat and mature cheese. Uncork two hours before serving at room temperature (18-20°C).
