A Mano Negroamaro comes from a single vineyard in Salento. It is an old non-irrigated espalier vine. This grape is sensitive to scalding and the espalier vine is perfect for protecting the grape from the torrid sun of Salento and contributes to the so characteristic and unusual aromas. A Mano Negroamaro is different from any other wine you will try. On the nose, you will recognize the freshly picked berries, black cherries, spices, and the scent of flowers. Elegant, and clean with a delicacy that wraps the palate every time you drink it. It can age wonderfully for the following 15 years, developing the complexity of a mature Burgundy wine.
