In 2012, Bridget Firtle, established The Noble Experiment NYC to bring the timeless tradition of rum distilling back to New York City. Made from all-natural, non-GMO, grade A sugar cane molasses from independent sugar cane plantations in Florida and Louisiana. The molasses undergoes a long, cold fermentation and low-rectification distillation for the expression of the cane juice.
