If you want a not-so-classic, citrusy London Dry gin that is beautifully crafted, perfectly balanced, and tastes like gin should, your gin should be Hawthorn's. It is distilled from English wheat in an old copper pot still according to a recipe that I found in my Grandfather's diary.
