Brandy Dominique is the first distillate sold by Distilleria Caffo. Distilled from 95% pinot grigio and refosco, the brandy is then aged for 3 years in oak barrels, giving this spirit a nice kiss of cinnamon and vanilla, rounding out its edges. This brandy is produced in the classic style of Italy.
