Fuller medium-bodied, dry. Not too fruity, funky, or deep-colored. Organic, but not weird. Wildflowers on the nose with a palate of apricots, grilled peach, and ripe melon. Orange rind and orgeat on the structured finish. Pair with fried seafood, fish soup, risottos, roast poultry, and veal.
