Very elegant sherry made by blending 75% Dry Oloroso with 25% Sweet Moscatel (Muscat) from Chipiona, followed by oxidative ageing in oak barrels using traditional solera system. This wine is rich, full bodied, dark and slightly sweet with nuances of toffee and dried fruits.
