Cefalicchio's Rosso is an easy-going blend of Nero di Troia and Morellone from biodynamic culture. After a rather long maceration on skins it rests some month in steel tanks. Barnyard-ish start in nose which becomes a pleasant mix of fresh forest fruits, spices and sulphurous/smoky notes, ending on cooked fruits tones. Roughly immediate mouth, it's fruity both in its sweet approach and in its balanced acidity, easy-drinkable yet brightly tannic, rather dry at the end of its stroke.
